An animal adult, whether human or non-human, is one that has grown in all its potential. When used with humans, the term "adult" may mean something related to legal or social concepts. Legal adult means a person has reached the age of maturity. They are defined as autonomous, self-sufficient and accountable. They are also known as"major. "major". The age for achieving legal adulthood is 18, but the definition can vary based on legal rights, country as well as the stage of psychological development.

Physical capabilities peak at the age of young adulthood. It includes strength of muscles and reflex speed, as well as sensitivities, and functioning of the heart.
